The development of the HASALMFB Mobile App aims to enhance customer convenience by providing 24/7 access to account management and transaction capabilities via mobile devices, regardless of location and time. This application reduces the need for physical visits to bank branches, streamlining payment and banking processes.

Registration Process:

• Download the application from your preferred app store.
• Open the app and select the SIGN UP option.
• Input your Account Number and Registered Phone Number.
• Tap REGISTER; you will receive an OTP via SMS on your registered number. Enter this OTP as prompted.
• Create a 4-digit PIN, which will be used to authorize transactions.
• Set a secure 8-character alphanumeric PASSWORD for login purposes.
• Upon successful registration, you will be directed to the LOGIN page. Enter your registered Account Number and newly created Password to access your account.
